Please note that our return policy does not allow any refunds on purchases. Only exchanges or credits for future purchases are allowed.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Eligibility of a return at Girl Crush
For a return to be eligible at Girl Crush, the item and the order must meet the following criteria:
1 ) The return must be made within 30 days of the shipping date
2) The item must not be worn, washed or altered
3) The tags must still be attached to the item
4 ) The item must not be part of the Vintage Rework or Hoodies-Imparfaits lines (as these are on final sale)

Steps for an eligible return to Girl Crush
1) Email us at contact@girlcrushgang.com with the following information:
(Full name, order number, the item you wish to exchange and/or return and the reason for the return)
2) Please allow 24/48 hours for a response from our team *Our customer service is open from 9am-5pm Monday to Friday
3) Once our team has received your email, we will inform you of the steps to follow in order to make the return
4) Once the return is received at our distribution center, please allow a maximum of 10 days for us to inspect and process your return

By completing a return to Girl Crush Gang, you agree to the terms of the return policy. If the return does not meet the above criteria, the return will be rejected and an exchange/credit will not be issued. Girl Crush Gang will not return rejected merchandise.
Purchasing policies

However, Girl Crush will offer you free shipping on your order or 10% off your next purchase if and only if you bought 24 hours before the official sale. You just have to write us at contact@girlcrushgang.com with your full name and order number so we can verify the accuracy of the information.
Girl Crush is not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged in transit. The seller is presumed to have fulfilled its primary obligation to deliver when it has attempted to do so on the date indicated in the contract, on a later date agreed upon in writing with the consumer, or on the date indicated in a notice sent within a reasonable period of time, but has failed to do so because of the consumer's actions or negligence, such as not taking possession of the delivered goods (Consumer Protection Act, section 54.10).
Thus, the responsibility lies with our postal company (in this case Purolator, FedEx and/or UPS) as soon as our packages leave our warehouse in Saint-Léonard. Customers are therefore advised to file a claim for loss/damage directly through the postal service and/or your financial institution if you purchased with a credit card. Girl Crush will provide all the necessary information to facilitate the claim.
You have a maximum of 14 days to pick up your package at the Girl Crush warehouse (9125 Pascal-Gagnon street, suite 110, Saint-Leonard). Otherwise, your package will be put back on our shelves.
- If you have made a mistake in your address and/or the package has not been picked up from your postal company (Purolator, FedEx and/or UPS) -
Girl Crush Inc. is not responsible for address errors at checkout. If the address you provide is not valid and the package is returned to us, we will advise you of additional charges for re-routing the package to you. Once your package is in the hands of Purolator, FedEx and/or UPS, you will need to contact them directly with any questions.
Canadian orders will be charged Canadian sales tax. International orders are subject to customs duties and fees. We are not responsible for these charges. By submitting your order, you agree to pay all applicable fees.
Girl Crush Inc. reserves the right to refuse any order it deems fraudulent or abusive.
All items (clothing and accessories) purchased at the Pop-Up Shops cannot be refunded and/or exchanged. You can only have a credit note, which is the amount of your return in a gift card to spend on www.girlcrushgang.com. Please note that credit notes have an expiration date of 6 months from their creation date.
To obtain your credit note, please write to us at contact@girlcrushgang.com with your full name, order number and the items you want to get a credit note for. Girl Crush does not issue credit notes to customers without proof of purchase.
Then you will be given instructions on how to return the products and get your credit note to spend on www.girlcrushgang.com once the item is received and inspected.
Credit notes purchased online can be used in-store, but NOT at Pop-Up shops. Also, they cannot be used on collections that are not yet available online at www.girlcrushgang.com.
