Collection: Between the lines

This year, there’s been a particularly important focus on mental health, not only in the news and on social media, but also within our own organization here. It’s hard to look at what’s happening around the world and to try to stay positive, and we all have our own personal battles to fight. Chances are, people who are very dear to us are navigating silent struggles, often more prevalent than we can imagine. These struggles isolate. They imprison. And when we’re in the thick of it all, it can seem like the darkness is never ending, with no way out. From the outside, everything might seem normal, while inside it feels anything but. We become afraid to ask for help. We feel completely alone, even if we’re surrounded by others. 

This is why human connection is so essential. We all have intuition, especially when it comes to our closest friends. We hold on to invisible bonds that allow us to sense when something is wrong, even before anything is spoken out loud, and it’s that intuition that allows us to read between the lines.

The Between the Lines collection is a tribute to friendship. To unconditional love. To the importance of our bonds with one another, even when we feel alone in the world. It was designed for those who have experienced the darkness, crossed the chasm, and to those who have remained present and patient, without judgement, even whey they don’t know what to say. The friends who don’t leave. The friends who just keep loving.

Unfortunately, not everyone is blessed with a great support system, and because of this, we donate $40 from every sweater sold from the Between the Lines collection to the Douglas Foundation to support women's mental health. We all need a little help sometimes, and we thank you for helping alongside us.
