Do you want to make a return?

Our return policy does not allow any refund on purchases, it is only possible to make an exchange or obtain a store credit .

Do you want to make an exchange or get store credit?

No problem, but please note that our return policy does not allow refunds on purchases. Items purchased on sale or during a promotion are final sale, while items purchased at regular price can be exchanged or credited for future purchases.

Before proceeding with the return, please check on our website that the item you want is in stock.
Return costs are not assumed by Girl Crush. However, it is possible to make an exchange by coming directly to our head office to avoid these costs. The address is 9125 rue Pascal-Gagnon, Local 110, St-Léonard Qc, H1P 1Z4. See schedule for opening hours.
Here are the steps to proceed with the return by mail:

1) Print and fill in the exchange form

2) Pack the item and the form in the original bag or in a bag provided by the post office

3) Go to the nearest post office and obtain the return label mentioning the address of our head office

4) Send the package (opt for the delivery option with tracking number if possible)

5) We will get back to you within 3 to 5 working days of receiving your return

The song must not have r been worn or washed, and the tag should still be there. The return must be made within 30 days of the date of receipt of your package. Girl Crush reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these criteria.

Purchase policy

Items purchased in store can be returned and exchanged in store only.

Merchandise at regular price
Within 10 days of purchase, you can return your item purchased at regular price and obtain an exchange or refund according to the original method of payment.

Earrings and panties
For reasons of hygiene, all purchases of earrings and panties are final sales.

Return and exchange conditions

  • The items must not have been washed, worn or damaged
  • The items must be in their original packaging and with the original labels -- these must not have been detached
  • You must present a valid receipt

Holiday period
All items purchased from November 24, 2023 may be exchanged or returned in store until December 30, 2023.

No returns of items purchased online will be accepted in store.

Purchases made on sale

All purchases made during a sale (End of season sale, Black Friday, Boxing Day, ...) are final sales. Therefore, non-exchangeable, non-refundable.

Discount Items

However, Girl Crush is committed to offering free shipping on your order or 10% off your next purchase if and only if you purchased 24 hours before the official sale. Just email us at fr entering your full name and order number so that we can verify the accuracy of the information.

Did you receive a defective item or the wrong item?

If you received the wrong item or if the item is defective, contact us at If a replacement item is not available, a credit note for the original purchase value will be issued. Please be sure to contact us as soon as possible. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a credit or exchange.

Theft/loss of packages

Girl Crush is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping. Indeed, the seller is presumed to have fulfilled his main obligation to deliver when he has attempted to do so on the date indicated in the contract, on a later date agreed in writing with the consumer or, again, on the date appearing in a notice sent within a reasonable time, but that it did not succeed due to the actions or negligence of the consumer who, for example, does not take possession of the goods delivered (Consumer Protection Law, art. 54.10) .

Thus, the responsibility falls to our postal company (here Purolator, FedEx and/or UPS) as soon as our packages leave our warehouse in Saint-Léonard. Customers are therefore advised to file a claim for loss/damage directly through the postal service and/or at your financial institution if you purchased using a credit card. Girl Crush will provide all necessary information to facilitate the claim.

Unclaimed packages

You have a maximum of 14 days to pick up your package at the Girl Crush warehouse (9125 rue Pascal-Gagnon, suite 110, Saint-Léonard). Otherwise, your package will be put back on our shelves.

Girl Crush Inc. is not responsible for address errors during checkout. If the address you provided to us is not valid and the package is returned to us, we will advise you of the additional costs to re-route the package to you. Once your package is in the hands of Purolator, FedEx and/or UPS, you should contact them directly with any questions.

Payment, taxes and customs fees

Orders to Canada will be charged Canadian sales tax. International orders are subject to customs duties and fees. We are not responsible for these charges. By submitting your order, you agree to pay all applicable fees.

Girl Crush Inc. reserves the right to refuse any order it deems fraudulent or abusive.

Pop-up shop

All items (clothing and accessories) purchased at the Pop-Up Shops cannot be refunded and/or exchanged. You can only have one credit note, which is the amount of your gift card return to spend on Please note that credit notes have an expiration of 6 months from their date of creation.

To obtain your credit note, please write to us at mentioning your full name, order number and the items for which you want to obtain a credit note. Girl Crush does not issue credit notes to customers without proof of purchase.

Then you will have instructions for returning the products and getting your credit note to spend on once item is received and inspected.

Store credit and gift cards

Credit notes purchased online can be used in-store, but NOT during Pop-Up shops. Additionally, they cannot be used on collections that are not yet available online at
