RETURN PROCEDURE
- Create a return request.
- Wait for approval of your request according to this return policy.
- Package your returned items and affix the prepaid return label. A fee of $6.99 + tax ($8.04) will be deducted from your refund to pay for shipping the items.*
- Take your package to the nearest Canada Post location.
- Processing time varies depending on the delivery time and the volume received. Please allow 5 to 10 business days. You will be notified by email as soon as your return is processed.
*In-store returns are possible; To avoid processing fees, you may exchange and item or receive a refund directly by going to our head office located at 9125 Pascal-Gagnon Street, Local 110, St-Léonard Qc, H1P 1Z4. Consult the website and store schedule for opening hours.
RETURN POLICY
- Items sold at a discount of 30% or more are not eligible for returns.
- You have 21 days from the date of sale to request a return.
- All items must be in their original new, unworn and unwashed condition.
- For hygienic reasons, we are not able to accept any returns for earrings, underwear, swimsuits and second-hand clothing. These items are final sale items.

Sale purchases
Final sale
A sale refers to an end-of-season sale, warehouse sale, etc.
We do not offer price adjustments on any products previously purchased. Sales and promotions do not apply to purchases made the day before or a few days before a promotion.
All items purchased at a sales discount of 30% or more are final sales.
No returns or exchanges are possible on final sale items. Any promotions offered on the online store cannot be combined with other promotions.
For hygienic reasons, all purchases of earrings, underwear, swimsuits and second-hand clothing are final sales.
Products purchased by applying a discount with the rewards program or with store credit may not be final sales. Please contact us at contact@girlcrushgang.com if you have any questions about returning an item purchases through credit or rewards.
When you check “I agree” at checkout, you agree to abide by this policy.
Price Adjustments
We do not offer price adjustments on any previously purchased products. Sales and promotions do not apply to purchases made the day before or a few days before a promotion. However, Girl Crush is committed to offering you free shipping on your order or 10% off your next purchase if and only if you purchased 24 hours before the official online sale.
Simply write to us at contact@girlcrushgang.com with your full name and order number so that we can verify your order information.
Policy - Stores
Items purchased in store can be returned and exchanged in store only.
Merchandise at regular price
Within 10 days of purchase, you can return your item purchased at regular price and obtain an exchange or refund according to the original method of payment.
Earrings and panties
For hygienic reason, all purchases of earrings and underwear are final sales.
Return and exchange conditions
- The items must not have been washed, worn or damaged.
- The items must be in their original packaging and with the original attached tags and labels.
- You must present a valid receipt.
In-store order pickup
You have a maximum of 14 days to pick up your package at the Girl Crush warehouse (9125 rue Pascal-Gagnon, suite 110, Saint-Léonard).
You will receive a reminder email after 7 days to let you know you have another 7 days to pick up your order. After 14 days, your items will be returned to our shelves and we cannot guarantee that they will be available afterwards.
TikTok LIVE
A TikTok LIVE refers to a live broadcast where our customers can purchase items and win gifts.
We will not process any gift change requests via email following a purchase made during a TikTok Live.
Your order will be treated as a regularly priced order and therefore, under our usual policy, can be exchanged within 30 days at your expense. If your purchase is on sale during TikTok LIVE, your order will be treated under our sale policy.
Second Hand - Girl Crush Pre Loved
Congratulations on using Girl Crush Pre-Loved! Our goal is to provide you with a platform to sell your pre-loved items. We would like to inform you that we decline any requests related to the use of this platform. By using this site, you agree that we will not be responsible for any inquiries or requests regarding the operation or services offered by the platform. For all inquiries, please email support@street.co.
Did you receive a defective item or the wrong item?
If you received the wrong item or if the item is defective, contact us at contact@girlcrushgang.com. If a replacement item is not available, a credit note for the original purchase value will be issued. Please be sure to contact us as soon as possible. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a credit or exchange.
Theft/loss of packages
We understand that the theft or loss of a package can be a great frustration. To provide you with efficient service and attempt to resolve this situation satisfactorily, please follow the steps below:
Contact Us: As soon as you realize that your package has been stolen or lost, please contact us immediately, within 30 days of the delivery of the package. You can reach us by email at contact@girlcrushgang.com.
Required Information: When contacting us, please provide as much information as possible about your order, including the order number, package tracking number, and any other relevant information.
Assessment of the Situation: We will promptly assess the situation and work with you to determine the best available options. If necessary, we will conduct a thorough investigation with the carrier to understand what happened.
Resolution Options: Depending on the circumstances, we will offer a resolution that addresses the factors of the situation.
Payment, taxes and customs fees
Orders to Canada will be charged Canadian sales tax. International orders are subject to customs duties and fees. We are not responsible for these charges. By submitting your order, you agree to pay all applicable fees.
Girl Crush Inc. reserves the right to refuse any order it deems fraudulent or abusive.
Store credit and gift cards
Credit notes purchased online can be used in-store, but NOT during Pop-Up shops. Additionally, they cannot be used on collections that are not yet available online at www.girlcrushgang.com.
