I received the wrong item
If you received the wrong item or the wrong size, please email us directly at contact@girlcrushgang.com within 3 days of receipt including the order number In your email, please include your order number, item number and the reason for your return. You can also include a photo of the wrong item received to facilitate the exchange. We will reply with instructions to follow so you can receive the correct item.
My delivery information is incorrect or has changed
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery to changed addresses if the order has already been processed and shipped. If you need your order delivered to a different address than was listed when you made the purchase, please email us at contact@girlcrushgang.com with your order number and updated shipping address. If your package has already been shipped, please contact the distributor and ask them to update your shipping address. If the package is returned to our warehouse, we will notify you by email.
What should I do if I have an issue with a product purchased from one of your retailers?
In case of any concerns regarding a purchase made from one of our retailers, please begin by contacting the retailer directly. If the retailer directs you to us, email us at contact@girlcrushgang.com.
Please note that no credit or refund will be granted by Girl Crush for purchases made from an outside retailer. We will consider exchanges on a case-by-case basis. In these cases, Girl Crush's usual policy applies. Items purchased on sale or during a promotion with a discount of more than 50% are considered final sale. The item must not have been worn or washed, and the woven label must still be attached. Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase or receipt of the item.
A retailer invoice is mandatory, and Girl Crush reserves the right to refuse any request that does not meet these criteria.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee cancellations if the order is already being processed and ready for delivery. Most orders are processed 24 hours after purchase. If you would like to check if it is possible to cancel your order, please email us at contact@girlcrushgang.com with your order number, requesting that your order be cancelled.
Can I change my order if it has not yet been shipped?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee an item change if the order has already been processed. If you wish to check if it is possible to make changes to the items in your order, please email us at contact@girlcrushgang.com with your order number as well as the item/size change desired. If your package has already been shipped, you can make a return once the order has been delivered.
Promo codes
Girl Crush will not apply retroactive discounts to orders that are in process or have been processed. The amount paid at checkout and the amount that appears on your invoice are non-negotiable. Coupon codes and site-wide sales prices only apply to orders placed between the start and end dates listed on the coupons or promotions. The discount code must be entered during the checkout process as it cannot be applied later. We are not responsible for reimbursing missed sales amounts if the coupon or code is not properly entered during the checkout process.
Can I pick up my online order in person?
Yes, you can pick up your online order at: 9125 rue Pascal-Gagnon, suite 110, St-Léonard, QC H1P 1Z4.

Shipping
When will I receive my package?
QUEBEC/CANADA:
Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Please allow for 11 to 17 business days for the processing, shipping and delivery of your order.

INTERNATIONAL:
The price for international orders varies. We estimate $20-25 for U.S. orders and $55-60 for European orders. International orders should be shipped within one week.
Shipping fees
Within Canada, shipping for orders $125 or more is free. Shipping for orders of lesser amounts ranges from $9.99 to $13.90.
Rates for international orders vary; fees will be calculated at checkout.
Payment, taxes and customs fees
Orders within Canada will be charged Canadian sales tax. International orders are subject to customs duties and fees. We are not responsible for these charges. By submitting your order, you agree to pay all applicable fees.
Girl Crush Inc. reserves the right to refuse any order it deems fraudulent or abusive.
Purchase/return policy
Want to make a return?
Any returned item must not have been worn or washed, and must include the original tags still attached. The return must be made within 30 days of the date of receipt of your package. Girl Crush reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not meet these criteria.

Sales purchases
All purchases made during a sale (e.g. end of season sale, Black Friday, Boxing Day, etc...) are final sales. Therefore they are both non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
Discounted items
Items you bought a week ago went on sale? By law, merchants are not required to grant you or back date a discount. (Source: https://www.opc.gouv.qc.ca/consumer/subject/price-reduction/rebate-after-purchase/)
However, if you purchased an item within 24 hours of it going on an official sale, Girl Crush is committed to offering free shipping on your order, or, 10% off your next purchase if you meet this criteria. Just email us at contact@girlcrushgang.com with your full name and order number so that we can verify your order details.
Theft/loss of packages
We understand that situations beyond our control can be very frustrating, and we want to provide you with dependable and efficient service. In case of theft or loss of a package, please follow the steps below and we will do our best to satisfactorily resolve the situation:
- Contact us: As soon as you realize that your package has been stolen or lost, please contact us immediately, and at least within 30 days of the delivery date. You can reach us by email at contact@girlcrushgang.com.
- Provide required information: When contacting us, please provide as much information as possible about your order, including the order number, package tracking number, and any other relevant information.
- Wait for our assessment: We will promptly assess the situation and work with you to determine the best available options. If necessary, we will conduct a thorough investigation with the carrier to understand what happened.
- Resolution options: We will evaluate each situation case-by-case and, depending on the circumstances, offer a resolution that addresses each unique situation.
Unclaimed packages
You have a maximum of 14 days to pick up your package at the Girl Crush warehouse (9125 rue Pascal-Gagnon, suite 110, Saint-Léonard). After 14 days, your items will be returned to our shelves and we can no longer guarantee their availability after this time.
- If you made a mistake in your address and/or the package was not picked up at your postal company (Purolator, FedEx and/or UPS) -
Girl Crush Inc. is not responsible for address errors made during the checkout process. If the address you provided to us is not valid and the package is returned to us, we will let you know about the additional costs to resend or reroute the package to you. If you package has already been shipped when you notice the address error, please contact the delivery service (Purolator, FedEx and/or UPS) directly with questions about redirecting your package.
Pop-up shops
All items (clothing and accessories) purchased at the Pop-Up Shops cannot be refunded and/or exchanged. You can only have one credit note, which is the amount of your gift card return to spend on www.girlcrushgang.com. Please note that credit notes have an expiration of 6 months from their date of creation.
To obtain your credit note, please write to us at contact@girlcrushgang.com mentioning your full name, order number and the items for which you want to obtain a credit note. Girl Crush does not issue credit notes to customers without proof of purchase.
We will reply with instructions for returning the products and getting your credit note to spend on www.girlcrushgang.com once your returned item is received and inspected.
Store credit and gift cards
Store credit purchased online can be used in-store, but NOT during Pop-Up shops. Additionally, they cannot be used on collections that are not yet available online at www.girlcrushgang.com.

Where are the products made?
We produce our scrunchies & jewelry here in Montreal. The rest of our clothing is produced in Asia out of 100% recycled materials.
Our workers here in Montreal are all paid above minimum wage and we often work with locals on a contractual basis, so they determine their own wages and working hours. We give creative control to any of the artists we choose to work with.
The factories we work with in Asia all have certifications proving they meet the highest national working standards/conditions. You can also find information on the materials we use for each piece in the product description.
Why is my garment pilling?
It is normal for fabrics made from 100% recycled materials to eventually develop pilling after regular wear. Recycled fabrics are gentler (and feel softer!) but are more prone to pilling, specifically if proper maintenance instructions are not followed.
Use of the the dryer, certain types of washing machines, certain laundry soaps, contact with abrasive surfaces, contact with intense friction, or repetitive wear can increase the chance of a garment pilling. We recommend customers to always take proper care of their items; small lint razors to remove fabric pills are also available in most drugstores.
Are you environmentally friendly?

How should I wash and care for my items?
We recommend washing your pieces in cold water and ironing only certain pieces at a low temperature. We recommend never putting your items int he dryer and instead laying them flat to dry. Always avoid bleach and harsh detergents.
