I received the wrong item
If you received the wrong item or the wrong size, please email us directly at email@example.com within 3 days of receipt including the order number INCLUDING THE ORDER NUMBER, THE REASON FOR YOUR EMAIL AND FINALLY THE ITEM YOU RECEIVED. YOU CAN DIRECTLY ATTACH A PHOTO OF THE WRONG ARTICLE RECEIVED TO FACILITATE THE EXCHANGE OF EMAILS. WE WILL THEN EXPLAIN YOU THE STEPS TO FOLLOW SO THAT YOU CAN GET THE RIGHT ARTICLE.
My delivery information is incorrect or has changed
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee address changes if the order has already been processed. If you would like to check if it is possible to change your shipping address, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and updated shipping address. If your package has been shipped, please contact the distributor and ask them to update your shipping address. If the package is returned to our warehouse, we will notify you for email.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee cancellations if the order is already in production. Most orders are processed 24 hours after purchase. If you would like to check if it is possible to cancel your order, please send an email to email@example.com with your order number, requesting that your order be cancelled.
Can I change my order if it has not yet been shipped?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee an item change if the order has already been processed. If you wish to check if it is possible to make changes to the items in your order, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number as well as the item/size change desired. If your package has been shipped, you can make a return once the order has been delivered.
The amount paid at checkout and the amount that appears on your invoice are non-negotiable. Girl Crush will not apply retroactive discounts to orders that are in process or have been processed. Coupon codes and site-wide sales only apply to orders placed after the start date and before the coupon end date. The discount code must be entered during the checkout process as it cannot be applied later. We are not responsible if the code is not redeemed at checkout.
Can I pick up my package?

When will I receive my package?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) and the time required between processing and receipt of the package is 11 17 business days.

A tracking number will be available as soon as your order ships.
The price for international orders varies. $20-25 for US orders and $55-60 for Europe. Within a week, the package should arrive at the recipient for international.
Payment, taxes and customs fees
Orders to Canada will be charged Canadian sales tax. International orders are subject to customs duties and fees. We are not responsible for these charges. By submitting your order, you agree to pay all applicable fees.
Girl Crush Inc. reserves the right to refuse any order it deems fraudulent or abusive.
Want to make a return?
The piece must not have been worn or washed, and the tag must still be there. The return must be made within 30 days of the date of receipt of your package. Girl Crush reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not meet these criteria.

Purchases made on sale
All purchases made during a sale (End of season sale, Black Friday, Boxing Day, ...) are final sales. Therefore, non-exchangeable, non-refundable.

However, Girl Crush is committed to offering free shipping on your order or 10% off your next purchase if and only if you purchased 24 hours before the official sale. Just email us at email@example.com fr entering your full name and order number so that we can verify the accuracy of the information.
Theft/loss of packages
Girl Crush is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping. Indeed, the seller is presumed to have fulfilled his main obligation to deliver when he has attempted to do so on the date indicated in the contract, on a later date agreed in writing with the consumer or, again, on the date appearing in a notice sent within a reasonable time, but that it did not succeed due to the actions or negligence of the consumer who, for example, does not take possession of the goods delivered (Consumer Protection Law, art. 54.10) .
Thus, the responsibility falls to our postal company (here Purolator, FedEx and/or UPS) as soon as our packages leave our warehouse in Saint-Léonard. Customers are therefore advised to file a claim for loss/damage directly through the postal service and/or at your financial institution if you purchased using a credit card. Girl Crush will provide all necessary information to facilitate the claim.
You have a maximum of 14 days to pick up your package at the Girl Crush warehouse (9125 rue Pascal-Gagnon, suite 110, Saint-Léonard). Otherwise, your package will be put back on our shelves.

Girl Crush Inc. is not responsible for address errors during checkout. If the address you provided to us is not valid and the package is returned to us, we will advise you of the additional costs to re-route the package to you. Once your package is in the hands of Purolator, FedEx and/or UPS, you should contact them directly with any questions.
All items (clothing and accessories) purchased at the Pop-Up Shops cannot be refunded and/or exchanged. You can only have one credit note, which is the amount of your gift card return to spend on www.girlcrushgang.com. Please note that credit notes have an expiration of 6 months from their date of creation.
To obtain your credit note, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning your full name, order number and the items for which you want to obtain a credit note. Girl Crush does not issue credit notes to customers without proof of purchase.
Then you will have instructions for returning the products and getting your credit note to spend on www.girlcrushgang.com once item is received and inspected.
Store credit and gift cards
Store credit purchased online can be used in-store, but NOT during Pop-Up shops. Additionally, they cannot be used on collections that are not yet available online at www.girlcrushgang.com.

Where are the products made?
We produce our scrunchies & jewelry here in Montreal. We produce in Asia the rest of our clothing made from 100% recycled materials.
Our workers here in Montreal are all paid above minimum wage and we often work contractually with people from here (so they are the ones who set how much they want to be paid and they are their own bosses for their working hours). We give creative control to the artists we work with.
The factories we work with in Asia all have certifications proving they meet the highest national working standards/conditions. Then finally, information on the materials we use for each piece can be found in the product description.
Why is my garment pilling (little foams)
This is normal with this type of fabric made from 100% recycled materials! It can happen that a fabric pills after a while since it is brushed inside, hence the softness effect you feel when you wear it.
Several causes can be attributed to or can increase the phenomenon of pilling, such as maintenance instructions not followed, the dryer, certain types of washer, certain types of soaps which are harder on fabrics than others, contact with abrasive surfaces or items and repetitive and intense friction. We advise customers to remove them easily with a small lint razor, available in pharmacies!

How should I wash and care for my items?
We recommend washing your pieces in cold water and ironing only certain pieces at a low temperature. You are also asked never to dry your pieces in the machine, but always flat. The use of bleach is also prohibited.
