OFFICIAL RULES

CONTEST PERIOD

The “Girl Crush x Éléganza X Sans-Façon” contest begins at 8:00 AM on August 26, 2024, and ends on October 14, 2024, at 11:59 PM (the “Contest Period”).

There is one (1) phase in the Contest: five (5) participants will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

ELIGIBILITY

The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province, territory, or state of residence at the time of entry. Employees, agents, and sales representatives of Girl Crush, Éléganza, and Sans-Façon, as well as their advertising agencies and order processing centers, each of their parent, affiliate, or related companies, suppliers of products or services related to the Contest, as well as members of their immediate families (defined as parents, siblings, children, and spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons with whom they reside (whether related or not) are not eligible to enter.

HOW TO ENTER

You can enter the contest by signing up on the website www.girlcrushgang.com and confirming your participation. Limit of one entry per email address. You can also enter via the contest post on Instagram and Facebook, on the Instagram accounts of Girl Crush, Éléganza, and Sans-Façon.

LIMIT

One entry per person. Participants may not share the same email account. If the identity of a participant is disputed, the authorized account holder of the email account used will be deemed to be the participant. “Authorized account holder” means the person assigned to the email account by the provider, online provider, or organization responsible for providing the email account in question. Selected participants may be required to provide proof that they are the authorized account holder of a given account. Entries must be received before the end of the Contest Period.

PRIZES

There is one (1) prize to be won. Therefore, there will be five winners.

The grand prize is valued at a total of $1,400 per winner.

The grand prize for the winner includes:

• A V.I.P. evening on Wednesday, November 6, 2024
• Two complete Girl Crush outfits (valued at $400)
• A complete hair care routine from Éléganza (valued at $400)
• A complete beauty routine from Sans-Façon (valued at $400)

THE PRIZE MUST BE ACCEPTED AS AWARDED. ALL AMOUNTS INDICATED ARE IN CANADIAN DOLLARS (CAD). THE PRIZE CANNOT BE SOLD OR TRANSFERRED AND IS NOT REDEEMABLE FOR CASH. GIRL CRUSH AND EPIDERMA RESERVE THE RIGHT, AT THEIR SOLE DISCRETION, TO SUBSTITUTE THE PRIZE FOR ONE OF EQUAL OR GREATER VALUE. WITH REGARD TO THE PRIZE, GIRL CRUSH AND EPIDERMA MAKE NO CLAIMS AND GIVE NO WARRANTIES, DISCLAIMING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES.

HOW TO WIN

At the end of the Contest Period, a random draw will be held from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period on October 15, 2024, at 9125 Pascal-Gagnon, Suite 110, Montreal, Quebec, Canada. There will be (2) two winners from Instagram, (1) one winner from Facebook, and (2) two winners from email entries. The public announcement of the winner will take place on October 16, 2024, on the Instagram page of Girl Crush, Éléganza, and Sans-Façon. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

PRIZE CLAIMING TERMS

By participating in the Contest, the participant declares that they are eligible to win the Prize in accordance with these rules and releases Girl Crush, Éléganza, and Sans-Façon, as well as all their directors, officers, owners, partners, shareholders, employees, agents, representatives, heirs, and assigns from any liability in connection with this Contest or the use, misuse, or possession of any Prize or any related travel. The Prize will only be awarded to winners who have been verified.

Girl Crush will attempt to contact potential winners by email (using the email provided in the entry form) within twenty-four (24) hours of selection to schedule the administration of the skill-testing question.

Girl Crush, Éléganza, and Sans-Façon will not be held responsible for unsuccessful attempts to contact a potential winner. Prize delivery is expected to occur within 2 weeks after the public announcement of the winners on Instagram.

In the event of a dispute regarding an entry, the entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder (i.e., the person assigned to the email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address).

PERSONAL INFORMATION

The personal information you provide when you enter this Contest is provided to Girl Crush, Éléganza, and Sans-Façon and their authorized agents. Girl Crush, Éléganza, and Sans-Façon and their authorized agents will use and disclose the personal information you provide when you enter the Contest solely for the purposes of administering the Contest. By accepting a Prize, the winners consent to Girl Crush, Éléganza, and Sans-Façon using, without additional compensation or notice, their names, cities, provinces, territories, or states of residence, and images in connection with any advertising activities Girl Crush, Éléganza, and Sans-Façon may undertake related to the Contest, in any format or media now or in the future, including, but not limited to, the Web, and this for an unlimited number of times and in perpetuity.

RIGHT TO CANCEL/TERMINATE/SUSPEND/MODIFY

Any materials used in connection with the Contest that have been tampered with, mutilated, altered, falsified, reproduced, obtained unlawfully, are illegible, or contain or illustrate computer, software, printing, production, or any other errors will be void. Girl Crush reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest, in whole or in part, at any time without notice or obligation if, in Girl Crush, Éléganza, and Sans-Façon's sole opinion, a factor interferes with the proper conduct of the Contest as provided in these rules.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, if the Contest, or any part of it, cannot be executed as planned for any reason, including, but not limited to, a computer virus, bug, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, printing errors, programming errors, download errors, technical failure, or any other cause beyond the control of Girl Crush, Éléganza, and Sans-Façon that, in their sole opinion, could compromise or undermine the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Contest, Girl Crush, Éléganza, and Sans-Façon may, at their sole discretion, cancel any suspicious entries and: (a) terminate the Contest or any part of the Contest; (b) modify or suspend the Contest or any part of the Contest to address the issue and then resume the Contest, or part of it, in the manner that best aligns with the spirit of these Official Rules; and/or (c) award the Prize from among the non-suspicious eligible entries received up to the time of the issue, while adhering to the winner declaration criteria described earlier. Only the Prize mentioned earlier will be awarded.

In the event of an error of any kind, whether a technological, printing, production, human, or other error, or any other event resulting in more Prize claims than the number indicated above, the Prize not yet awarded may be awarded through a random drawing among eligible participants who have not yet received a Prize. In the event of such a draw, the selected participant will be required to correctly answer a skill-testing question within the prescribed time, without any mechanical, electronic, or other assistance, and sign any required documents before being declared a winner.
